We seek a Regional Director for our Balkans office. This role oversees market analysis, distribution, sales, supply chain, team management, finances, compliance, and partnerships to drive FMCG growth in the Balkans. We want to introduce well-known Korean brands and brands of our own production to the market of Balkans and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze FMCG trends in Balkan markets.
- Develop distribution strategies and sales targets.
- Oversee distributors and optimize delivery routes.
- Build strong relationships with partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and negotiate contracts.
- Manage inventory levels and logistics.
- Ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Set performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and manage regional budget.
- Analyze sales data and control costs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in FMCG distribution.
- Track record in Balkan sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus.

- Understanding of local regulations.
