Who we are looking for

The Head of Digital Marketing will be the driving force behind Globy’s growth. We need a specialist who can:

  • Build strategies and execute them hands-on.
  • Work with multiple digital channels (performance + organic).
  • Identify growth opportunities through analytics, experiments, and market research.
  • Combine management experience with the willingness to dive into operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for scaling the B2B marketplace.
  • Manage paid channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Optimize organic channels: SEO, content, PR, and partnerships.
  • Launch, monitor, and scale digital campaigns.
  • Build customer acquisition and retention funnels.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify growth initiatives.
  • Build and develop the marketing team.
  • Operate in a startup environment: rapid testing, adaptation, and scaling of successful practices.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of managerial experience in digital/growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce / B2B marketplaces / SaaS.
  • Strong expertise in SEO marketing.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of the web development cycle for proper planning and effective collaboration with developers.
  • Experience in writing specifications, conducting research, working with analytics, and building strategies.
  • High level of independence, team organization, proactivity, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate (must have).
